Back story. My sister has had this sitting for at least 5 years, I had to use a chainsaw to cut the trees from the steering linkage, front axle and 3 point hitch. It is a 60's Allis Chalmers D10 4 cyl gas engine. It is rough. It was parked because it stopped running. Still looking at the best way to go with it.

It cane with a 4' bush hog, perfect size for the Satoh. Works just fine too.

What a sweetheart! I hope you save it, they're a great tractor. I remember looking at a D10 in the early 70s with dad, he eventually bought a MF35 after looking at this model, a 9n and a mf65.

I bet some bailing wire & chewing gum can fix that right up. 🤠
I am leaving it on the trailer for now, I put it down in my trailer parking area. I topped off the antifreeze in it. My sister is looking for the key to it, hopefully she can find it this week.

I am excited I got the bush-hog, it is a 52", the 3 point is farmerd together with a chain but works just fine. There is also some deck rust where crap laid on it for years. I hit it with some rust spray paint. I topped the gear oil up, but am going to probably change it.

Pull the plugs and get some Marvel Mystery oil in the cylinders, does it have a hand crank or any way you can slowly turn the engine over?, if it's not seized ?

No hand crank, I can't get the pulley easily. I will mess with it later. Next up today, 2 Fusions need an oil change and I need to blow the camper water lines out, then get cabbage out of the garden....

I did just cut 3 acres with the bush hog, worked great!

Picking Cabbage out of the Garden sounds great, I have to pick Cabbage out of my wallet at the Grocery Store after I Pick Cabbage from the damn shelf lol

Does putting sheets over them help? My wife does that with some of her flowers when its going to get cold or freezing at night

Only one ready, enough for the 2 of us. The red cabbages are not ready just yet, supposed to get cold at night, hopefully they will survive.
How do you know when they are ready? I had 4 red cabbage I picked about a month ago, only ate 1 of them I'm afraid the 8 lb. one is going go to waste.

If you boil it will it be ok to refrigerate it for later? Edit probably take the taste and nutrients out though
