No mention of title. Another LAZY ad in a sea of lazy ads. IMO, this is a $1000 or less car WITH a title, the rear seat if it's accurate is half that.
 
That 350 will disappear in another 10-20 years then when the tree gets cleared for a Sub Division wait till the poor guy running either a chain saw or stump grinder finds it 😳😳
 
Actually looks like a very solid shell, sitting on some other frame to keep it up off the ground. The stock frame laying in the dirt next to it might still be good depending on how long it's been sitting there.

If he took the time to assemble it back into a roller, and presented it well, he might get close to that price. As it sits, he'll never get anything near half his asking price.
