Electricians in our area are making 54 per hr. minus 3 per hr for union dues if you join up. 5 to 7 an hr. incentive bonus for Intel and the supporting data centers which are constantly in need of workers. Add a guarnateed 10 hr min. overtime and you can easily bank $150k yearly. Plumbers and fitters are the same, other trades are a half a click behind. I have a buddy who's an elevator intaller making $70hr base wage.

But, look at all that college indoctrination they missed out on.
