Getting there and most off the ground and in the truck, notice the hardware screen on the gas tankless water vent? I had to remove 2 Lizards from inside the blower so put that there to keep them out
We love the shade but I hate cleaning this 7/12 pitch roof, I don’t Bounce like I use toThey do shed more now in the spring, but you already know they shed leaves all year long. That's the nice thing about the live oaks though..... they are green all year long.
I'm super surprised you don't have a cricket on that stack..... why wouldn't the roofing guy tell you or put one in? That's a leak waiting to I did that after the roof but he’s been here since and my GC friend that did the 4 point inspec didn’t say anything either, he gave me another 10 yrs on this 2006 roof just last year

No idea, there’s 2 small marks on the outside of the hose but I’m not sure what caused them, other hose is fine, I’ll try to get a close pic of leakI bought that same hose and so far so good......any idea how it was punctured?
