Spray Bomb, stupid iPhone (Smart?) phone

Dad had come out for a visit and got a lot of stuff done on the car. Installed the drive shaft with new U joints. I didn't know about the whole 1310, 1330, 1350 thing and just let them give me what Autozone's computer said for a 67 with a 327. Obvious they gave me the wrong U joints that were too big. Made a trip back and got the right ones, but at home discovered that it looked like a returned part and one needle bearing was missing.. Finally got what I needed after third trip to the store.

Replacing my buddies golf cart motor with a "NOS" one, that sat outside for a few years.
Disassembled to clean it up and remove the rust.
Of course the nuts on the studs were so rusty that after the first one snapped off I cut the rest of the nuts with a Dremel tool.
Cart is new enough that brushes are hard to find and expensive.
So I cut off and ground down the old stud leaving just enough of the head to weld onto a new bolt/stud.
Fired up the TIG welder for the first time in a couple of year to do it.
Found out I am now essentially blind, just cannot see to do a decent weld.:poop::mad::cry:
Should still work, but I will not be showing it off.

don't feel bad, it's common and I've got the same problem. Can't tig anymore, can see well enough to lay a short mig bead, but anything longer than 1.5 inches and I have to stop and check my aim.

Bit of work on the trailing arms for the vette, then started the prep work for a mini-split add to the shop........the panel is out of space and rather than change the last 2 breakers to wafers, I talked myself into a new and bigger panel. Prepped everything I could and tomorrow I'll do the swap. This way I'll have several available spots for future.

If I may, I'd suggest you lay a pleated filter on top of the filter that comes with it. I did it at my last place (2 ton mini split) and I think it benefited with less being sucked in.

Yeah, my furnace filter needs changed at least 4 times a year and it doesn't run constantly, so a pre-filter is a must on the mini.

I had a few discussions with Mitsubishi and Gree tech support (I'm a dealer of both) about a better filter or using a pre filter and was told by both of them that using anything other than the filter designed for the unit will damage the unit, I installed a 2 ton mini in a 2 story high dispatch tower at a local cement plant that gets dirty way to often, Kevin if you say it worked well doing that I'm going to give that a try at the cement plant
