Damn, You mean you could have walked on it yesterday? I'll be there in just a few minutes to inspect.

Polyaspartic topcoat is done. My timeline was a bit off though.... it's dry to the touch after 48 hours and withstand light traffic, but full cure is 7 days, so I'll have to work fast when it's fully cured (7 days) to trim out the house to meet the March 13th deadline I imposed to get the CO. That may be pushed out another week or two as my Mom's husband just got released for hospice care and is not expected to live another 7 days so I'll likely be going to a funeral shortly.

A very good friend that use to work at a top notch auto & race car paint & body shop and painted 2 of my Harleys opened up a custom paint shop for cabinets, he was doing great till China Flu hit his business and many chain rest. around here closed down, I never thought about that as a business but he did great, I put a new ac system in for him late last year and talked with him about reshooting my Chevelle hood, Kevin everything is looking Top NotchLaying down cabinet coat pure white satin on the casings, and will on the base moldings too. I hate brush strokes on woodwork. Everything including the doors are being sprayed for a flawless finish. Details matter to me.

I recently did this on an investment property, hate, absolutely hate doing trim and doors. Spraying is fantastic option! Crank the Stranglehold on a loop, it'll help.
Is there a Habitat for Humanity store near you? Or you can advertise them on Facebook Marketplace? The vanities and tops are just builders quality because we couldn't find anything we liked, so after CO (and me taking an overdue break), I'll custom build the vanities the way we want and then we'll have some granite tops with under mount vitreous china sinks made for them. We'll donate the builders quality vanities and tops to someone who needs them.

After some new homes being built in my friends old neighborhood I’m on the fence with Habitat for Humanity, Fed funded and Popping up all over lower income neighborhoods right now and I’m guessing for Affordable ( To Illegals) housing so IMO you’re doing the best thing donating to a needy family that really are in need EDIT didn’t mean to get off subject and I’m thinking of looking into this more and start a threadNot near us, but our intention was to give them to someone who might be needy like a young family.
