He worked at Straub Tech doing development on heads, blocks and building engines to see what worked/didn't work and left (Fired?) to start his own perf engine shop and Straub Tech uses his development knowledge but I Think Not Sure takes credit for the development? and Scott replied on many of Straubs posts that it wasn't his skillset that did the work.....Whew! anyway I've bought Scotts (Great Guy IMHO) Designed roller rockers from Straub Tech (Great people IMHO) that are supplied to and say AFR (Not on my set) I also found on my engine that the Int marked rockers work best on all my valves Int & Exh on my Brodix Race Rite heads, Oh Harland Sharp actually makes them for Straub & AFR

Several things wrong and started outside of TC.
Straub and Foxwell used to be a great team. I remember when they were collaborating on the motor for crazydavey. Nice piece.
I understand that teams split up. There's some serious hurt feelings that shouldn't invade the forum.
I'm sure Foxwell stepped up to knock Straub down every time he referred to Foxwell's intellectual property.
Straub, being a sponsor has a leg up on leverage in the war of words.
Powers that be said enough. One of you is gone. Sure they 'fixed' it for the forum but not for the members who are losing access to a pre-eminent builder.

Speaking of forum conflicts, I can’t tell you how many members were run off over disagreements in the Performance forum. There were some humdingers. Moderation was non-existent back then. There was a pack mentality to eat others from outside the herd. Half of the forum sucked up to the marquis members with big numbers.
Ane now the steelcomp thread is locked. See if you can guess who locked it (no cheating!).
I just did. We'll see if Scott joins up.

You hit the nail on the head there. I was just surfing over there and cruisinartvette started a thread about crows, not a big deal right? then I see some of them guys talking about "thugs" and "racists" and it didn't get locked (WOW) down. Must be getting slow over there, LMFAO!
