Any idea what a 2 car wide, car and a half length or maybe 1 car wide 2 deep (guess it depends on what this Fucked Up city allows) and needing a Bobcat to smooth a slope would cost? The GC I'm working with on City of St Pete for installing new ac systems at a semi wholesale price is going to give me a bid but he's also waiting on a bid from me that'll be in the $13-14K range and I'm hoping my bid don't reflect on his bid
 
Last time I had a pad poured (with labor), it was $4.75 a square foot, but that was 5 years ago, so I do know concrete I just paid for was $175 per yard for 4,000 psi with fiber, so if you can calculate the square footage you can get the price for concrete then a good rule of thumb is double that for the whole job.

They're also charging $20 month for any new concrete on your property because of rain run off impervious fee, these Fucking Assholes running the city are building like they're trying to make another NYC and water doesn't get a good chance to soak into the aquafer so it runs off into Tampa Bay, on another note the Shithead next door gets to listen to the radio on our picnic table from 8am to 11 pm and once I have a legal parking set up he's going to be hearing some VERY loud engines at Very odd times of night :devilish:

Numerous Shitty Deeds are heading his way, he turned his 5'x7ish' mud room back porch into a TV sitting room....15ish' from my fence & utility shed and likes watching Sunday football in that little room he painted Black...Well Game Time is also my pressure wash the fence time :devilish: Next Sunday Game Time is my pressure wash???....Garage! and ON and ON :ROFLMAO: I'm sure I can think of some more Not Nice Neighborly things to do too lol

Was that material and labor or just labor? We're also going to have the apron between the curb and sidewalk dug down a few inches with a Bobcat and have white stone across the width of the property for more parking

Make sure whatever you're pressure washing is really clean.... you might have to go over it 3 or 4 times to make sure.... ;)

I need to pres wash & scrape the garage for a repaint, either that or pres wash the fence is next Sundays project, I'd rather be working on the Chevelle since the Freakshow Billet 3,600 LU conv arrived a few days ago and the new Wilwood big brake kit should be here this week, Oh well gotta keep Shithead aggravated :) :LOL:
 
Just giving the P washer a break, ever notice once you start P washing you find all kinds of things that need cleaning? 😂 I don’t know if he went inside or not but I’m Loud haha
 
Wonder if it’ll hurt anything taking the muff off? I’ve only used this a few times but it’s out of whatever warranty I had, I did buy it new, 2800 Craftsman with a B&S engine👍
 
I just had a driveway put in last week at my new building next door to my shop.
$7800. labor and materials. 36` X 15`, 8" thick with fiber and rebar.
They also did a 5` X 36` sidewalk across the back.
Building is almost done. (y)
